I'm just going to come out and say it - I think petit fours are adorable. What's better than bite size dessert?! Not only are these vegan, but they're covered in chocolate and filled with homemade coffee ice cream and brown butter pound cake.
Peach cobbler is a summer staple, and this one is a kicked-up version of the classic. Sean soaks his peaches in bourbon, throws blackberries into the mix, and covers it all with a molasses biscuit crust. Southern eating indeed!
Decadent chocolate brownies topped with rich cream cheese chocolate raspberry truffle, and garnished with dark chocolate and beautiful fresh raspberries - a sexy little brownie that's sure to woo whoever you bake it for!
It's our very first giveaway! We are delighted to have a $25 gift card for you, courtesy of Bake it Pretty. Woohoo!

To me, muffins are like rustic cupcakes - and these muffins are pretty much like (healthier) cupcakes without the wrapper, filled with dark chocolate chunks, dried cherries, rich hazelnut flavor... and they just happen to be vegan to boot. Does that me we can have our cake and eat it too?
This French dessertis a perfect, simple way to use the rest of your fresh summer cherries. I love the way Swee describes the "sweet vanilla caramelized flavour" that lingers after baking. Isn't that just what the picture looks like? Julia Child would be proud.
In Italy, the chocolate-pear combo is a well-known aphrodisiac (chocolate-pear cakes are popular around Valentine’s Day) but I thought - why should we wait until dessert? Why not start directly at breakfast or snack time!
