Shanon made this decadent butterscotch cake to celebrate her 30th birthday: butterscotch cake batter dappled with pecans, thick butterscotch buttercream icing and a butterscotch drizzle on top. She admits that it's a bit of a splurge, but it's her birthday - she's allowed!!
