"Warning-this stuff is delicious and highly addicting!"
Oh I know much too well. This is that ridiculously yummy baked caramel corn my aunt wound make when we were kids - soooo sweet, buttery, fresh… once you make this I'm pretty sure you'll never buy caramel popcorn again.
Forming healthy habits in the new year should start with healthy snacking. Natalie's energy snack bars are a great example. She says, "all that protein and fiber is why they are so filling and can hold over an appetite longer than a bag of Skittles or chips."
These are the best brownies I have ever made. Velvety and rich, with scattered chips of bittersweet chocolate and a light dusting of powdered sugar, they don't need any add-ins or frosting. Got a cold glass of milk to go with them? You won't be disappointed.
These little cakes walk a fine line between muffin and cupcake, but they do it so well that you can serve them as either. Thanks to the buttermilk and a secret ingredient (butternut squash!), they're savory enough to serve with brunch (we did!) but sweet enough to enjoy again after dinner. Twice as nice.
