A delicious combination of my favourite flavours: Chocolate, Coconut and Cream Cheese. I topped these bars off with a Coconut Cream Hershey Kiss. AMAZING!

A traditional English Victoria Sponge Cake I made to celebrate the Royal Wedding. The cake was decorated with printable little Union Jack flags that can be downloaded from my blog.
