This dish is refreshing and delightful. A fresh sweet bite of summer with the flavors of lemon and a hint of my secret ingredient - balsamic vinegar! Easy to do and can be made of ahead of time and assembled when need be. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, teas or dessert.
