Bacon Truffle Brownie

Using homemade vanilla sugar from real vanilla beans, homemade vanilla bean extract, the best chocolate we could find for that really deep chocolate flavor, sweet cream butter, and of course love makes a surprisingly light brownie with a very dense flavor. The texture is that of a flour-less chocolate cake. Each bite almost melts in your mouth! Now, add in little pieces of smoky apple wood smoked bacon, the bacon drippings, a touch more flake sea salt, and a sprinkling of bacon pieces baked right on top and you've got yourself an absolute match made in heaven!
