Baked Brie en Croûte
This year, I made this simple and elegant appetizer before Thanksgiving dinner. Warm, flaky and buttery puff pastry with a soft, creamy and melted Brie center? And please don't forget the layer of sweet raspberry preserves on top. Serve with various fruits, French baguette, or an assortment of crackers. My dinner guests were anxiously awaiting this addition to the kitchen table. Believe me, it didn't disappoint.
