Here's a shortbread cookie recipe that is so easy and versatile. It has a wonderful buttery & sweet flavor and it's my all time favorite cookie.

This is an easy dessert and can be made in advance. A graham cracker crust topped with a layer of smooth chocolate & Kahlua and a creamy cheesecake filling.
