Cherry Clafoutis

This French dessert is a perfect, simple way to use the rest of your fresh summer cherries. I love the way Swee describes the "sweet vanilla caramelized flavour" that lingers after baking. Isn't that just what the picture looks like? Julia Child would be proud.
