Chocolate Cupcakes with Mayan Ganache

There are times when I don't care for chocolate so much. And then there are other times when I wish even my toothpaste was made of 100% chocolate, and my mouthwash too while we're at it, because there's just not enough chocolate even in chocolate itself. Seeing this recipe for fluffy chocolate cupcakes covered with a lusciously sweet chocolate ganache puts me in one of those moods. I don't have all the ingredients at hand to satisfy the craving, alas, so I'll be crying chocolate tears on my chocolate pillow if you need me. ;)
