Classic Baked Oatmeal

This is hands down my favorite way to enjoy oatmeal, and that's saying a lot because I was in charge of making breakfast for a family of 7 when I was in high school and I got really good at making porridge. Then this summer Patty started making "baked oatmeal" and my world was turned upside down. I'm now a convert, and this is the new classic. I don't think I can ever go back to making "mush" again!
