Classic Biscochos

I love traditional Mexican baked goods. They're usually sweet but not too sweet, rich without being heavy, and always super flavorful. These classic wedding cookies, sometimes known as "Mexican wedding cakes" totally epitomize what I'm talking about. They're just so delicious you'll want to keep popping them in your mouth.
