Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Eva's wonderful treat is velvety and filled with a rich chocolaty cookie dough center, begging to be topped off with fluffy cookies and cream frosting. It won't be long before we cave in and turn our ovens on to bake ourselves a batch, in spite of the oppressive heat.
