Easy Rustic Apple Tart

I love this super-simple super-delicious recipe for rustic apple tarts in skillets. These ones are classic apple-pie-style tarts filled with the bounty of autumn - which is perfect for folks living south of the equator. These would also be brilliant with just about any seasonal fruit, like peaches, pears, a mix of berries... or whatever you fancy!
