Gingerbread Skeletons and Mummies

I love Halloween. Getting to dress up in costume is always a lot of fun, as is walking around the neighborhood looking at all the spooky haunted houses. Local businesses all get into the spirit as well, and for about 2-3 weeks everything is Halloween-inspired. Which brings me to these delightful gingerbread cookies, which are just the thing to put a ghoulish smile on anyone's face. I would definitely bite the heads off first. ;)
