Goat Cheese Crackers

Homemade crackers are fantastic, I'm not sure why they're not more popular. Once I brought some over to a wine and cheese party and folks were in awe - I was like "it's much easier than baking bread really!"

I was so delighted to stumble across T & A's beautiful blog, and find these pretty little savory crisp crackers made with goat cheese and rice flour. Mmmm how delicious... These are topped with fennel watercress and pear salad too. So fresh... And the presentation is oh so lovely, makes me wish I was there.
