Key Lime Cake with Pepitas

Yesterday, I noticed the little lime tree in the yard is finally bearing fruit - hooray! It's truly amazing how aromatic and delicious an organic lime picked fresh off a tree is. Today, SweetLife submitted this fantastic cake:

"A warm cake is drizzled with key lime syrup giving for a lightly sweet but crunchy cake topped with pepitas."

As we say in Mexico, "¡Que riquisimo!"
