Lemon Butter Cake

After wanting to try this recipe for ages, Jess stays up late and bakes this beautiful butter cake using the last 2 lemons in her fridge. Moist, light and bursting with zesty lemon flavor, she says this is "definitely a keeper". Suddenly I have a craving for lemons! :)
