A delicious combination of my favourite flavours: Chocolate, Coconut and Cream Cheese. I topped these bars off with a Coconut Cream Hershey Kiss. AMAZING!

A traditional English Victoria Sponge Cake I made to celebrate the Royal Wedding. The cake was decorated with printable little Union Jack flags that can be downloaded from my blog. I've also included downloadable flags for England, USA & Canada that you can use to celebrate St. Georges Day, Independence Day and Canada Day.
