Maple Cinnamon Quick Bread
This bread is the best of all worlds: quick, healthy, yummy. Erica uses whole wheat flour, buttermilk and maple syrup in her batter and then folds in "bits of butter mixed with cinnamon." The result is a bread that "tastes like a mixture of quick bread and cinnamon swirl bread," and is filled with "little pockets of buttery cinnamon goodness."
