Mint Triple Chocolate Brownies

I adore mint and chocolate together. When I lived in Houston, my favorite bakery made a mint chocolate brownie - they only made them on Wednesdays, and I used to drive (out of my way) to pick one up.

The sight of these brownies takes me right back. Warm chocolate brownies, filled with bittersweet chocolate chips, topped with chocolate ganache and mint chips. Box one up for me!
