Pomegranate White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These cookies are "fun, festive, and oh so delicious!" The pomegranate arils add a pop of "color and flavor" to these otherwise traditional white chocolate chunk cookies. And, I'm loving the oats in Maria's batter - it's always nice to have a dash of healthy during this decadent season!
