Pumpkin Custard Pie

There's something about the holiday season that makes us all a little nostalgic. We probably all have old family recipes that we pull out specifically during the holidays, and the sentiment alone makes them that much more comforting and special.

Cathy's pie is "an ode to her grandmother." It's made with a "delicious, creamy" pumpkin custard rather than the traditional pumpkin pie filling. A simple graham cracker crust and fresh whipped cream topping make it her own.
