Spiced Peach & Almond Crumble

According to our poll "In the summer I love baking..." the most popular answer (besides "everything") was "easy fruit crumbles and crisps". I voted for crumbles too, as they're my favorite summer treat and a great way to enjoy and use up a big haul of fresh sweet juicy local fruit.
During peach season I came up with this delicious peach and almond crumble, that has a crunchy granola-like topping, and a sweet peachy spice-kissed filling. It's wheat-free, gluten-free (if you use gluten-free oats), egg-free, and optionally dairy-free and vegan. Crispin and I particularly loved eating this for breakfast.
