Sweet Potato Biscuits with Honey Cinnamon Butter

My mom made these for the first time a year ago when she started getting sweet potatoes from our CSA. I was skeptical at first: at the time, sweet potatoes conjured up images of sticky Thanksgiving mash. Not anymore! These seasonal biscuits are light and flaky and have more flavor depth than regular biscuits. They're one of my favorites - a perfect savory side for nearly any fall dish.
And if you're still hesitant, start by making the sweet honey cinnamon butter. I guarantee that you won't be able to find enough things to put it on...
