I love this recipe and story for these buttery crisp cookies made with spelt flour and hickory nuts (which are new to me too). Miss Megan bakes these delectable treats, and says: "The hickory nut imparts such amazing maple flavor. These cookies are a shortbread/butter cookie hybrid and are very addicting!"
