Traditional Pumpkin Empanadas

Ever since I was a small child I have always loved the taste of pumpkin. Later, while living in the multicultural Toronto neighborhood known as Kensington Market, I discovered and fell in love with the golden baked pockets of goodness known as empanadas. So you can just imagine how excited I got when I saw these traditional home-made pumpkin empanadas. W-o-w. Where have these been all my life?!?
