Viva Mexico! Black Bean Brownies
Posted by Crispin on September 16, 2010

from Pattycake.ca
Today is Mexico's Bicentennial and we want to pay tribute to our host country by featuring a recipe that highlights some of the local ingredients we've come to love while living here. One of Patty's signature recipes, resulting from much experimentation and refinement, these gluten-free brownies are a delicious tribute to one of Mexico's staple ingredients, frijoles negros. And believe me, they really are awesome. Disfruta! :)
