Individual strawberry cobblers - a great way to bake with strawberries while they're in season!

Peach cobbler is a summer staple, and this one is a kicked-up version of the classic. Sean soaks his peaches in bourbon, throws blackberries into the mix, and covers it all with a molasses biscuit crust. Southern eating indeed!
